Joining through the app

We are preparing membership purchases through Apple and Google Play. App download links and subscriptions are not available here yet.

1. When available in your country, install Starmere from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign in to your Starmere account, or create an adult account. Use the same Starmere account if you already have one.
3. Confirm your Club invitation or learner and programme before reviewing a membership offer.
4. Check the price, any trial end date, renewal terms and cancellation instructions before subscribing.

Keep your Club invitation link. You can return to it after signing in. Installing the app does not join a Club or start a subscription.

Already have programme cover? Use your existing Starmere account. Changing your phone does not require a second subscription. Manage any subscription with the store that billed you.

Programme membership and lessons

Starmere supplies programme and platform access. Your named Club supplies lessons and charges its teaching fees separately. Check the Club's trading identity, teaching provider, fees and contact details before agreeing to lessons.

Every instructor works through a Club. An instructor can also run that Club. Starmere is a publisher and software provider and does not vet instructors. Clubs are responsible for their teaching arrangements and required checks. Programme payment does not grant teaching permissions.

If you cannot use either store

We are not offering direct website checkout. Tell us about your family and mention your country and the device or payment difficulty in your enquiry. Please leave out card details and children's personal information.

Cancellation and refund information. For a teaching concern, contact the team. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
