Recruit suitable Clubs
Reach instructors, centres, school networks and funded education groups. Help them understand the programme and operating model.
Market Partners
Connect local instructors, teaching centres and schools with Starmere programmes. We are looking for people and organisations who can recruit Clubs and help them become effective, lasting teaching communities.
Starmere provides the programme, platform and learning standards. Market Partners contribute the local relationships and support that help Clubs get started and keep learners engaged.

Support the agreed onboarding, preparation and first group of learners. Help each educator feel prepared to welcome their first learners.
Depending on your agreement, provide local support, language assistance or help with getting started.
You may already work with instructors, schools, education associations, education finance or community learning networks. Tell us who you can reach, what evidence supports that reach and who will lead the work locally.
Start with a manageable group of Clubs, learn what your community needs and build from there.
Commercial terms reflect the work you agree to deliver: qualified introductions, recruitment, onboarding, local support or a fuller operating role. Any service fee or revenue share is defined in a signed agreement and tied to the services you provide.
We will explain the responsibilities and payment arrangements before you decide to join. Instructors set and retain their own teaching fees.
A Market Partner helps develop a network; it does not automatically receive exclusive rights to a country. Any territory arrangement requires a successful pilot, agreed commitments and a contract.
The Learner Passport stays with each learner, keeping their achievements connected as your network grows.
